🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape company-wide change management strategy with executive leadership.
• Build scalable frameworks and playbooks for change management.
• Serve as expert in transformation strategy with external influence.
• Lead enterprise client engagements for complex deployments.
• Diagnose client contexts and architect strategic narratives.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience in enterprise transformation or change management.
• Proven ability to diagnose and shape transformation strategy in ambiguous environments.
• C-suite stakeholder influence and trusted advisor experience.
• Experience building functions or methodologies from scratch.

✨ Nice to Have

• Formal change management credentials (Prosci, CCMP, Kotter, PMP).
