💼 About This Role

You'll lead the engineering organization behind Vanta's integrations platform, powering 450+ integrations and 1,400+ automated tests hourly. You'll drive strategy, scale teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across both downmarket and upmarket customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build out integrations developer platform and engineering services team
• Lead multiple teams to deliver results consistently and sustainably
• Define and lead strategic initiatives aligning engineering with business outcomes
• Guide technical strategy for long-term value aligned with business priorities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Led and scaled engineering organizations of 40+ in size
• Proven success driving execution through managers
• Experience building a developer platform or partner ecosystem
