Description

You will own sales and revenue growth in your assigned territory, leveraging your government relationships and policy expertise to structure and close high-value deals with defense and national security organizations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior officials, develop market entry strategies, and collaborate directly with the CEO while receiving intensive mentorship during your first year.

Requirements

  • Former congressional staffer, defense policy professional, or government strategist with industry experience
  • Deep networks across defense, intelligence, and foreign policy establishments
  • Understanding of how governments make decisions and business acumen to negotiate complex deals
  • Experience engaging at highest levels of government (SES, Congressional/Parliamentary leaders)
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams

Responsibilities

  • Own sales and revenue growth in assigned territory, structuring and closing deals ($5M-$50M+) with defense ministries and intelligence agencies
  • Leverage government networks and relationships to open doors and position Rhombus for strategic opportunities
  • Structure strategic partnerships and agreements including multi-year programs and pilot-to-production pathways
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior government officials (Ministers, Committee Staff Directors, Intelligence Directors)
  • Develop market entry and expansion strategies based on political landscapes, defense priorities, and budget environments
