💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow Clipboard's presence in your local market as a field-based market owner, building relationships and signing new facility partners. You'll spend 4 days per week in the field meeting with administrators and staffing coordinators at long-term care facilities. Success is measured by revenue growth in your market, with a clear path to territory leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits
  • Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

📋 Requirements

  • 0–2 years of sales or account management experience (early career) or 3–5+ years as territory manager (experienced)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel locally 60–80%
