You'll support the Accounts Payable team in a fast-growing K-beauty startup, processing invoices and payments using DATEV and MOSS while ensuring compliance with German accounting standards. You'll take ownership of supplier reconciliations and cost allocation from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and verify incoming invoices per German tax requirements
• Support payment preparation and approval workflows
• Manage credit card receipts and cost allocation
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Genuine interest in accounting and finance
• Comfortable working in English
• Organized and detail-oriented with ownership mindset

• Familiarity with Excel, DATEV, MOSS, or ERP systems
