💼 About This Role

You'll produce high-volume, platform-native social content for a fast-growing fintech, bringing campaigns and product stories to life. You'll create short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, iterating quickly based on trends and performance data. The role is fully remote with a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce short-form video content from concept through shoot, edit, and publish
• Execute creator-style, trend-aware content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Generate and iterate content ideas based on trends and performance data
• Collaborate with Social, Brand, and Growth teams on campaigns and paid creative

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years producing social-first content in a consumer-facing environment
• Strong hands-on skills in video production and editing tools
• Deep understanding of social platforms and creator best practices
• Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and shareability
