Join Gravie as an ICHRA Solutions Consultant, supporting sales and client management for ICHRA health benefits. You'll drive revenue by prospecting and closing sales, while acting as a subject matter expert on regulations and product capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Stay current on ICHRA and ACA regulations
• Support sales managers and brokers in the sales process
• Prospect, qualify, and follow up with leads
• Collaborate on ICHRA product and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
• Insurance Producer's License or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Healthcare operations experience
• Client-facing sales and presentation experience
