You'll lead balance sheet forecasting and financial modeling for a leading AI lending marketplace. You'll drive FP&A processes and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and strategic insights. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial forecasting for balance sheet and net interest income.
• Own forecasting accuracy for balance sheet composition and net interest margin.
• Build financial models and BI dashboards for scenario planning.
• Partner with Analytics, Accounting, Treasury, and Capital Markets.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong expertise in balance sheet, liquidity, and cash management.
• Familiarity with consumer credit capital markets or structured finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets handling large datasets.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification with GAAP and fair value accounting knowledge.
• Experience with NetSuite and FP&A tools like Adaptive Planning.
• Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or Mode for BI and reporting.
