Lead the strategy and execution of technical and GTM partnerships with AI-forward platforms like Vercel, Lovable, and Replit, making MongoDB the default data layer across the AI platform ecosystem. You will source and structure integrations, define joint value propositions, and drive co-selling motions in a high-impact role requiring expertise in partnership development and technical acumen.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in business development, partnerships, product or program management
• Proven ability to manage complex technical initiatives from ideation to execution
• Experience negotiating complex agreements and driving implementation
• Technical aptitude to understand AI infrastructure workflows and developer ecosystems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop ecosystem strategy for AI infrastructure partnerships
• Identify and activate strategic partnerships with AI infrastructure providers
• Design and lead initiatives driving adoption of validated integrations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal
• Establish metrics to measure partnership effectiveness and report on impact
