💼 About This Role

You'll deliver psychoeducational and skill-building group therapy for a virtual telehealth company. You'll lead transformative sessions for clients with complex behavioral and emotional challenges. This role focuses solely on group facilitation mastery with a stable schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum
• Review assigned curriculum and facilitate across various age groups
• Foster client engagement and encourage a camera-on culture
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings and Group Supervision

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health or related field
• Reside in and be eligible to work in Oregon
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Ability to facilitate engaging virtual sessions with reliable internet
