Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and work independently
- Physically able to lift 25+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and smartphone
Responsibilities
- Perform full-service turnovers of vacation rental homes
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces and rooms
- Replace linens, towels, and restock consumables and amenities
- Stage decor and hospitality touches per property standards
- Identify and report damages or missing items to supervisor
