๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll join the Starlink Customer Support team as the face of Starlink to our customers, ensuring an exceptional overall experience. You'll triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, analyze trends, and design simple, effective support interventions to improve the customer journey.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Triage and resolve customer issues across digital and voice channels
  • Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise
  • Surface product, process, and training issues via quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center collateral

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 1+ years in a front-line customer support role
  • Fluent in English and Korean

  • Experience in training, analytics, or content management
