💼 About This Role

You'll provide direction and leadership to the CRA and CTA teams, ensuring accurate and timely study initiation, enrollment, and completion. You'll act as the primary liaison between internal staff, sites, clients, and vendors, and develop clinical plans and guidelines. This role offers the chance to impact groundbreaking treatments in a home-based, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide study oversight as primary liaison between CRAs, internal staff, and site staff
• Develop, review, and manage clinical plans and guidelines including monitoring plan
• Support training and development of team members and ensure compliance
• Guide and support CRAs and CTAs on monitoring, training, and audit visits
• Manage oversight of Trial Master File and track serious adverse events

📋 Requirements

• RN, Bachelor's, or advanced degree in biological sciences or related field
• Previous CRA experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations and practical implementation
• Willingness to travel and perform remote and on-site monitoring
