• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues
• Educate customers on system usage and energy savings
• Meet service revenue targets and upsell additional services

📋 Requirements

• HVAC maintenance and repair experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Customer service skills

• EPA certification
• Experience with Service Titan
• NATE certification
