Requirements

• **6+ years** of total rewards experience with emphasis on compensation and equity.
• Hands-on experience with **equity compensation administration**.
• Experience using **AI tools** to drive efficiency in total rewards workflows.
• Experience managing total rewards within **Workday**.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and administration of compensation programs including equity.
• Pilot AI tools for compensation modeling and pay equity analyses.
• Lead training on compensation philosophy and equity programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking using Radford or Mercer survey data.
