Requirements

  • Experience managing total rewards within **Workday**.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategy and administration of compensation programs including equity.
  • Pilot AI tools for compensation modeling and pay equity analyses.
  • Lead training on compensation philosophy and equity programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking using Radford or Mercer survey data.
