Description

You will lead the implementation of TrakCare healthcare solutions within Italy, managing the full project lifecycle from planning to go-live while ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met. This role involves extensive travel to customer sites and close collaboration with diverse teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in customer-facing role
• 3+ years experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
• Experience with full project lifecycle from kick-off to go-live and closure
• Proven ability to lead diverse multidisciplinary teams
• Experience managing contracts, including third-party involvement

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute TrakCare implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget
• End-to-end responsibility for project lifecycle, including resource management and team coordination
• Define project objectives and oversee quality control using InterSystems' methodology
• Monitor customer and third-party obligations, managing escalations for project changes
• Travel regularly to customer sites (70-80% of time)
