You'll own the strategy, quality, and business impact of AI agents that operate autonomously across financial workflows. You'll architect how agents reason and execute, then build the systems to make them reliable and measurable. This role defines how the entire company builds with AI going forward.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the AI agent roadmap tied to business outcomes
• Design agent evaluation frameworks and measure conversation quality
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, and Compliance on architecture and compliance
• Create playbooks and standards to scale AI development across the company

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience building AI/LLM-powered products like conversational AI or agents
• Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM evaluation frameworks experience
• Track record of strategic build-vs-buy decisions for AI infrastructure
