💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary liaison for the Field Sales team, supporting opportunity booking and subscription management for a fast-growing cloud security company. Your work ensures accurate revenue reporting and scalable quote-to-cash processes. This role offers the chance to impact a global leader in cloud security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary point of contact for Field Sales on opportunity bookings and subscription management.
• Manage opportunity bookings, ensure accuracy, and resolve booking errors.
• Partner with Deal Desk and Billing to process opportunities efficiently.
• Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations between NetSuite and Salesforce.

📋 Requirements

• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry.
• Experience in Order Management, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing.
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules (ASC606).
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, and basic knowledge of CPQ tool.
