You'll partner with enterprise customers to architect AI-powered solutions on Writer's platform. Your expertise will directly drive customer time-to-value and shape the product roadmap. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, or NYC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases.
• Architect and deliver custom applications using Writer's platform and APIs.
• Translate technical concepts into clear solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• Over 5 years of technical SaaS experience with at least 3 in solutions architecture.
• Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience with APIs.
• Proven track record architecting solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence for diverse audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise-grade LLMs and generative AI.
• Knowledge of Writer's Knowledge Graph capabilities.
• Prior experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
