You'll own growth outcomes in a dedicated squad at Bitstack, a crypto-native bank, working on activation, retention, and monetization. You'll design and run experiments to turn user behavior into durable growth and partner with designers and engineers to ship fast. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and improve core growth metrics across activation, referral, retention, and revenue.
• Design, run, and iterate on experiments across onboarding, referrals, and pricing.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs to uncover high-leverage opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ship experiments quickly.
• Optimize onboarding to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth product management with shipped experiments.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Amplitude, Metabase, or SQL.
• Ability to think in funnels, cohorts, and retention curves.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with ownership.
