Description

In this role, you'll support SEC reporting, technical accounting research, and month-end close for stock-based compensation and software capitalization. You'll collaborate with accounting, finance, legal teams, and external auditors in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial reporting experience; Big 4 preferred
• CPA required
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX 404
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and investor communications
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A, maintaining SOX compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors during reviews and audits
• Contribute to internal financial reporting packages and analyses
• Draft technical accounting memorandums on U.S. GAAP matters
