You'll manage cash applications and reconciliations in a stable global organization. You'll lead the monthly close process and support an ERP transition to SAP. Hybrid schedule with flexible team collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply daily incoming payments to open invoices accurately
• Investigate and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments
• Maintain and reconcile AR sub-ledgers
• Support monthly close activities and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of accounts receivable cash applications experience
• Strong attention to detail for high-volume transactional work
• Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

✨ Nice to Have

• SAP experience is a plus
• Process improvement initiative experience
