You'll perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at client supplier sites in Southern California, ensuring products meet quality and specification standards. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your cable harness expertise in a flexible, as-needed schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at client suppliers.
• Verify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications.
• Confirm shipping documentation legibility and accuracy.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and identify non-conformances.
• Maintain equipment and keep work area organized.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods.
• Familiar with IPC-A-620 and IPC-A-610 standards.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified in IPC-A-620 or IPC-A-610.
• Diploma, GED, or engineering degree.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing.
