Description

You will lead a team of Cloud Specialist Sales Engineers, provide technical direction to regional sales teams across the Central and Eastern US, and drive revenue goals. You'll evangelize Rubrik's hybrid cloud data management platform, recruit top talent, and build relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales engineering management experience in cloud infrastructure
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
• High level of business acumen and experience with CxO level personnel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales engineers across the Americas
• Recruit, hire, and enable top sales engineers
• Provide technical leadership to build technology solutions for customers
• Assist in analysis, design, and development of integrated technology solutions
• Make technical and sales presentations to customer staff and senior management
