You'll lead the design and evolution of our global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and a mission-driven culture. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, using data and market insights to drive equitable and competitive rewards. This remote-first role offers optional office space in Irvine, CA.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve global compensation and benefits strategy
  • Advise leadership on compensation decisions using data and market insights
  • Lead global compensation programs including equity and stock compensation
  • Manage and develop a Total Rewards team member

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 9+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
  • Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation and job leveling
  • Project management skills with Workday implementation experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
