You'll lead the design and evolution of our global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and a mission-driven culture. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, using data and market insights to drive equitable and competitive rewards. This remote-first role offers optional office space in Irvine, CA.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and evolve global compensation and benefits strategy
- Advise leadership on compensation decisions using data and market insights
- Lead global compensation programs including equity and stock compensation
- Manage and develop a Total Rewards team member
๐ Requirements
- 9+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
- Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation and job leveling
- Project management skills with Workday implementation experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
