You'll directly supervise daily activities, provide training and coaching, and uphold performance standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned security team.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management.
• Lead incident management program and emergency response.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain security technology.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in physical security or loss prevention.
• 1+ years experience directly supervising a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurable DMV record.

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security, or related field.
• Experience with project management software.
