💼 About This Role

You'll be the first critical checkpoint for new Base members, reviewing submitted photos and data to qualify homes for battery installation. You'll directly communicate with members to gather missing information and ensure every installation starts smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with a background in support, operations, or data review who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review incoming photos and enter data into internal tools.
• Communicate with members via email, phone, and text to clarify information.
• Follow review checklist to make go/no-go decisions for installations.
• Track submission status and ensure timely follow-up.

📋 Requirements

• 0–5 years in a customer-facing or data-entry role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Clear and empathetic communicator with strong writing skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced changes.
