You'll develop computer vision and robotics algorithms for autonomous aircraft, focusing on landing zone evaluation and detect-and-avoid systems. You'll work with sensor fusion and non-GPS navigation to enhance autonomous flight. This role offers a chance to impact real-world autonomous logistics from prototype to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement computer vision algorithms for autonomous flight
• Develop detect-and-avoid systems for aircraft
• Work with IMU sensor data for non-GPS navigation
• Collaborate with flight and mission planning teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in perception or navigation algorithms
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Python
• Experience with sensor fusion and diverse sensor types
• Prior experience in aerospace or autonomous vehicles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with embedded systems or RTOS
• Background in guidance, navigation, and control (GNC)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps for robotics software
