You'll define the analytics roadmap, mentor analysts, and partner with Product Managers to translate findings into actionable recommendations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the analytics roadmap to uncover growth opportunities
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts

• Partner with Product Managers as their primary data ally

📋 Requirements

• Extensive background in Product Analytics or Digital Analytics
• Proven people management experience, including hiring and developing talent
• Advanced SQL mastery for large datasets, including window functions and CTEs
• Strong A/B testing foundation, calculating sample sizes and statistical significance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Snowplow, or Amplitude
