💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development and growth of digital products for Private Banking/Wealth Management, owning end-to-end journeys from onboarding to post-sale. You'll drive impact by evolving investment and client-servicing experiences for internal users across investor desks, bankers, and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision to execution and iteration.
• Evolve portfolio simulation and proposal tools for internal users.
• Optimize account opening and onboarding journeys for bankers and operations.
• Improve trading and post-trade experience for investor desk and operations.
• Monitor product performance using data to drive roadmap decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in digital products.
• Deep understanding of investment and operations journeys in private banking or fintech.
• Ability to balance UX, technical constraints, business goals, risk and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, tech, risk, and compliance.

• Familiarity with portfolio management systems like Aladdin or Addepar.
• Experience with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in investment segment.
• Background in high-income investment platforms or family office.
