Description

In this role, you will lead our finance team of 8, develop financial strategies, manage relationships with auditors like KPMG, oversee IFRS consolidated financial statements, and support the CFO. You'll ensure compliance as a capital market-oriented company listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in auditing
• Additional 3 years in a leading position in finance (group accounting and/or controlling)
• Experience with capital market-oriented companies
• Native German and business fluent English

Responsibilities

• Strategic and disciplinary leadership of finance team (Accounting, Controlling, Financial Statements)
• Develop and implement financial strategic goals
• Main contact for auditors (KPMG), including strategic management and negotiations
• Group financial statements under IFRS, evaluation and implementation of new contracts and standards
• Annual valuation of financial investments in partner companies and development of new models
