You'll own the full-stack platform for Teleo, building customer-facing dashboards and internal tools for autonomous construction robots. You'll unify fragmented systems into a cohesive, production-grade stack and establish engineering standards for web and cloud development. This role offers a chance to work on 100,000-pound autonomous robots at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop customer-facing dashboards and internal tools
• Consolidate full-stack applications into maintainable, tested production services
• Define and enforce engineering standards for API design, code quality, and CI/CD
• Build backend services in Python and Node.js on AWS and frontend in React with TypeScript

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development with Python and React/TypeScript
• Strong backend fundamentals including REST API design, authentication, and database modeling
• Production AWS experience with Lambda, EC2, S3, or DynamoDB
• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation
• Experience with frontend state management and modern React patterns
• Startup experience or hardware-adjacent experience with telemetry systems
