🎯 What You'll Do

• Own offshore Creative Resources team performance and delivery quality.
• Lead capacity planning and prioritization across creative portfolios.
• Configure Workfront workflows, intake forms, and routing logic.
• Drive AI-enabled automation for creative workflow processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years in creative operations, workforce planning, or resourcing.
• Experience with offshore or distributed creative teams.
• Strong fluency in Workfront including workflow configuration.
• Experience with automation or AI-enabled process improvements.
