Requirements
- 8+ years in Enterprise Account Management, Management Consulting, or Strategic Sales in SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or equivalent
- Proven history of exceeding growth and retention targets
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills to present to executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Strategic account growth and commercial leadership
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the Adobe stack
- Deliver strategic workshops aligning client goals with Adobe product evolution
- Lead creation of client roadmaps, business reviews, and pitch decks
- Close high-stakes renewals and upsells with pricing negotiations
