You'll support the implementation team in onboarding new compensation planning clients, including site creation, data configuration, and client training. You'll own the communication process for self-service implementations and ensure client satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.

• Build client sites per contract specifications
• Own communication process for self-service clients
• Track self-service implementation progress
• Lead intake calls for client issues

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years in Implementation or data configuration roles
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of relational databases

• Ability to confidently lead client meetings
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
