💼 About This Role

You'll join a small agile team developing novel MagNav systems using magnetic navigation as a GNSS alternative. You will implement state estimation and localization algorithms for cutting-edge quantum signal technologies. This role offers the chance to bring emerging navigation tech to market at a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement state estimation and localization algorithms
• Work with applied science teams on novel quantum signal navigation techniques
• Design and analyze navigation solution components from software perspective
• Identify metrics and develop testing and verification for navigation performance

📋 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in EE, AE, ME, CS, or robotics plus 5+ years development experience
• U.S. Citizenship required due to USG contract
• Proficiency in C++
• Experience with state estimation techniques (Bayesian, Kalman, Particle Filtering)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing navigation algorithms in real-time systems
• Working knowledge of CUDA, SLAM, or GNSS/IMU integration
• Experience with map-based navigation or digital signal processing
