• Review credit, income, and asset docs for compliance
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines

📋 Requirements

• 1 year in mortgage operations managing a borrower pipeline
• Detail-oriented and able to handle document-heavy tasks
• Clear communication with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work remotely and stay productive independently
