💼 About This Role

You'll join Grafana Labs to mature the risk management program for a leading open-source observability platform. You'll identify, analyze, and mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting informed decision-making. This role offers broad cross-company influence and the chance to embed risk into the engineering lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and articulate material risks across the organization
• Quantify exposure and maintain defensible documentation
• Embed risk into the engineering lifecycle
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Audit on risk framework

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Previous experience in risk management, compliance, or analytical roles
• Knowledge of software development concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) certification
• Experience with operational risk quantification
• Architecture fluency for diligence
