๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a team of Sales Engineering Managers across LATAM, driving new logo acquisition for Datadog's Commercial segment. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate a high-velocity go-to-market motion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of frontline Sales Engineering Managers and their SEs across the region.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, regional team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Partner with Sales counterparts to align technical engagement with account priorities.
- Drive internal projects to improve regional execution and process consistency.
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
- Prior people management experience required; second-line management preferred.
- Experience in cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure with monitoring/observability/security knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish ideal.

- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Track record of developing managers and recruiting technical talent.
