You'll lead a team of Sales Engineering Managers across LATAM, driving new logo acquisition for Datadog's Commercial segment. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate a high-velocity go-to-market motion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of frontline Sales Engineering Managers and their SEs across the region.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, regional team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with Sales counterparts to align technical engagement with account priorities.
  • Drive internal projects to improve regional execution and process consistency.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
  • Prior people management experience required; second-line management preferred.
  • Experience in cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure with monitoring/observability/security knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish ideal.

  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Track record of developing managers and recruiting technical talent.
