• Lead regular performance reviews and strategy discussions.

• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal SEO, PPC, content, and development teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in client success or account management in digital marketing/agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple high-touch B2B accounts.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and KPIs.
• Experience with CSAT, NPS, churn, retention, and MRR/ARR metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MSP or IT services clients.
• Familiarity with SEO/PPC collaboration.
• Experience with ClickUp or Jira.
