💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end coordination of conferences, meetings, and incentive programmes for corporate clients. You'll build strong client relationships and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to deliver exceptional MICE programmes. This role offers the chance to shape Perk's growing Meetings & Events offering with autonomy in a global travel tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end MICE programmes for corporate clients
• Partner with Sales and Account Management on client discovery
• Build strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities
• Collaborate internally to ensure seamless event delivery

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of MICE Sales experience
• Strong German language skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in a travel management company or corporate travel agency
• Track record of delivering high-quality corporate events
