You'll join ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, to provide personalized support to VIP and prospect players. You'll proactively resolve issues and share insights to enhance the player experience. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a collaborative culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized support to VIP and prospect players.
• Work with CS and VIP Management to share player insights.
• Initiate outbound contacts for low CSAT and VIP follow-ups.
• Develop deep expertise in company technology and policies.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a contact center supporting customers via phone, email, and chat.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Experience with VIP or high-value customer support.
• Knowledge of gaming or social casino industry.
• Proficiency with Kustomer or similar CRM tools.
