• Generate periodic reports with actionable insights on recovery and conversion
• Monitor KPIs like payment promises, contact rate, and collections

📋 Requirements

• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis
• Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Experience in collections or contact center (desirable)
• Degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related
