You will build AI-native product features end-to-end using TypeScript across the stack, integrating LLM-powered workflows into production healthcare systems. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, design, and data teams to re-architect care for underserved rural communities.

Requirements

• 9+ years software engineering with ownership of production systems
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience shipping user-facing AI/LLM features into a product
• Familiarity with LLM patterns like RAG and model evaluation
• Experience integrating AI systems with real-world constraints

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native product features end-to-end with TypeScript
• Design and implement LLM-powered workflows for healthcare use
• Integrate with EHRs and third parties via APIs and data pipelines
• Develop and orchestrate AI workflows using modern tooling
• Implement guardrails and evaluation strategies for safe AI in production
