🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven software tools and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain tools and pipelines supporting AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Design scalable infrastructure for data processing, model training, and simulation.
• Own end-to-end software operations including build systems, testing, and deployment pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with significant AI/ML, autonomy, or robotics experience.
• Proven hands-on technical leadership in building tools and platforms for AI/ML.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
• Experience integrating AI/ML algorithms into real-time or safety-critical systems.
