Description

You'll build web technologies (frontend and backend) for Qualia's real estate closing platform, working on core applications, integrations, and payment systems. You'll take ownership of complex projects, make architectural decisions, and mentor less experienced developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
• Proven track record with complex projects and architectural decisions
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Good product sense and attention to detail
• Experience on multiple engineering teams of various sizes

Responsibilities

• Build and improve frontend and backend web technologies
• Extend core web applications, integrations, and payment-processing systems
• Make key architectural decisions for large projects
• Mentor junior developers
• Take full responsibility for complex, high-liability projects
