You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Upper West Side store, building lasting relationships and sharing the story behind our sustainable shoes and bags. Your role focuses on clienteling and personalized service to drive sales and brand loyalty.

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience rooted in brand values

• Support daily store operations like stock replenishment and visual merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
