• Design A/B and multivariate experiments with statistical rigor
• Champion AI-assisted analytics workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Analytics
• BA/BS degree or comparable experience
• Experience managing and developing analytical teams
• Proven ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments

• MBA a plus
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Hex AI)
• Experience with Tableau
