💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and scale the core backend systems powering our AI product Use.ai. This high-ownership role involves solving distributed systems challenges and driving feature delivery and infrastructure excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver new backend features focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Design, deploy, and operate backend services across AWS and Cloudflare.
• Implement and evolve monitoring and observability with Sentry and OTel.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across distributed systems.

📋 Requirements

• Distributed systems and system design expertise.
• Node.js backend development fluency.
• AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
• Redis deep knowledge including caching, pub/sub, and replication.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in startup or small high-autonomy engineering teams.
• Passion for building infrastructure, developer experience, and observability.
