As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you will drive store success by upholding exceptional customer service, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You will lead by example on the sales floor, inspire the team, and contribute to redefining luxury retail experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and validate in-store customer experience by training team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Maximize KPI achievement including OPH, NPS, SPH, and conversion
• Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment (BOPIS, in-store, phone sales)
• Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and fixture integrity
